How can I place my Full Service or A La Carte order?

Complete our inquiry form as part of our pre-screening process. This allows us to make sure we aren't booked already for your big day. 

Then, if we can accommodate the order and we're a good fit, we will schedule a time to speak with you.

When should I place my A La Carte order?

We book a limited number of weddings each month to ensure we have availability for your nuptials, we recommend a "the sooner, the better" attitude. That being said, we can accept orders up to four weeks before the date they are needed (if we have availability).

Can I have my order delivered?

Full service packages will incur a setup and delivery fee. 

At this time, there is no option for delivery for the A La Carte wedding. All orders will need to be picked up at our studio location (which will either be home or private studio, we will work with you to find a pick up time that works for everyone). 

Is there a purchase minimum?

Full Service weddings start at $3,000. For A La Carte services, there is no minimum or contract provided.

What happens if I need to reschedule my wedding?

We understand it's a pandemic! We're more than happy to work with you on rescheduling, as long as we know four weeks prior to your wedding date, and your rescheduled date isn't more than a year from your originally scheduled date.

Can I get a refund for my order instead of a reschedule?

Full Service packages will cover refunds and deposits in the contract. A La Carte purchases are nonrefundable.

What do I do with the flowers when I get them?

Store your flowers in a cool, dark, and well-ventilated area. Put tiny personals, like corsages and boutonnieres in the fridge (try to remove any fruit from the fridge that day if you can as well).
